Inventory Entry: You will be asked to let us know what you have ordered so a Purchase Order can be put into our fulfillment system. When the inventory arrives on the loading dock the receiving clerk will compare what we received to what was ordered. Discrepancies will be reported to you and if items are received in a condition not acceptable we'll take a picture and send it to you.
Inventory Checks: Once we have confirmed that we have the right product, in the right condition we'll assign a location in our fulfillment warehouse. The perpetual inventory will always know where your valuable inventory is located. Your Project Manager will be getting in touch when inventory levels are getting low or you can check for yourself via the Web should you choose this report method. Periodic physicals and cycle counts are performed on a schedule approved by the client.
