Order Receipt

Validation and Tracking: We track how we received your order and then validate it against the protocols established by the client. Fulfillment orders are received into USA’s system via internet/web/e-mail, fax, phone, USPS mail, etc. and then checked against inventory. If inventory is available it is allocated and the order is set as “ready to process”. If an item is not available it is sent to a backorder status. USA’s system can allow your order to ship partially, or at your request, we can hold the order until all items are available.

Processing: Our operators are friendly, caring, courteous and dependable, Call Center staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except Christmas Day), with a proven record of closing the sale.

Customization: USA has the ability to provide custom designed scripts to meet your needs. As your marketing partner, we use both our systems and staff to cross-sell and up-sell your products.
