The Client Services Manager will oversee the Account Manager’s Dept., providing support and direction on quality, profitability, escalations, and program on-boarding. This team member will be a liaison with other departments on project items, resolutions and efficiencies, as well as acting as a high level contact for all clients.
Requirements include, but are not limited to exceptional verbal/written skills, knowledge of customer service principles, able to manage concurrent tasks, intermediate accounting skills, professional attitude and demeanor and the ability to delegate and manage a team. Two years of management experience a plus, college degree preferred. Full benefits available.
