In 1983 during the formation of USA Fulfillment, the founders dedicated the company to God. During the formative years the dedication to God remained in the hearts and minds of the founders and was the Company's moral compass. This moral compass firmly established the Company's standards of integrity, standards of employee practices and relationships, and standards for client relationships.
Shirley Moore, the remaining founder and now President of the Company, believed the dedication to God was to be more than a moral compass. She believed it implied ownership. Although Mrs. Moore and others share the ownership of the Company, they do so under God. This meant that God was entitled to proceeds. To accomplish this, the Windsor Foundation was formed.
The Windsor Foundation is a non profit organization that financially supports other benevolent organizations that are helping families, women, and children in need and the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ our Lord.
